The app that runs
your club's
social sessions.
Post the session once. Members RSVP, the app shuffles fair rounds across your courts, and the results land on everyone's record. Collect the membership dues, session and guest fees while you're there — into your club's own Stripe account.
Free while you pilot it, then a founding rate locked for three years — quoted to you before the pilot ends

What your club gets
Everything the session needs. Nothing it doesn't.
A members roster
Everyone in one list with a live rating, owners and admins flagged. Approve joins or let anyone in with the code.
Announcements that stick
One pinned feed for club news, with comments and reactions. Nothing lost twelve messages up a group chat.
Sessions with a real roster
Post the Tuesday social once. Members RSVP, you see the head count before you leave the house.
Rounds shuffled for you
Fair pairings across your courts each round, whoever sat out goes on first. Preview it and swap anyone before you start.
Club chat
One room for the whole club, separate from the per-session threads.
Scores on the record
Results land on every member's history and the club board. Courtside, two players scan each other in and play.
Club money
Take the dues, the guest fees, the student rate. Into your own account.
The same club that runs your Tuesday night can collect the money for it. Card payments, cash written down beside them, and one view of who has paid — with the funds going straight to the club's own Stripe account, never ours.

Membership dues, online
Set your membership plans and members pay by card. The roster shows who's paid, who's due and who's lapsed — no spreadsheet of bank transfers.
A student rate that checks itself
Offer a student price and the member proves it themselves: they enter their university email and confirm the code sent to it. Nobody on the committee chases ID.
Guest and session fees
Put a price on a social or a visitor's court fee. Members pay from their phone when they join the session — that part isn't laptop work.
Cash still counts
Someone pays at the door? Record it against their name and it sits in the same list as the card payments. One place to look, not two.
What's come in, and who hasn't paid
Collected, outstanding and refunded in one view, with the members drifting towards lapsed flagged before they go quiet. Export it for the treasurer.
Money at home, sessions at the court
Fees, plans, refunds and reporting are done on a laptop at app.frienemi.com — deliberately, because that's committee work. The phone is for the night itself.
Your Stripe, your money
The money never
passes through us.
Every payment lands in a Stripe account in your club's name, connected by your own committee. Frienemi doesn't hold your funds and can't move them — we only show you what came in, and who still owes.
- Paid into the club’s own Stripe account
- Payouts to the club’s bank on Stripe’s schedule
- Free while you pilot, then a locked founding rate
- Optional — run the sessions without it if you’d rather
Getting started
Three steps,
and you're live.
All of it from a browser — no install, no setup call, nobody from us needed in the room.
Step 01
Look at a club first
Every club page is public — open one and see exactly what your members would get, before you type anything. No account, no card, nothing to approve.

Step 02
Create the club
Name, sport, suburb, a cover photo. You're the owner — add another committee member as an admin and you're both in control.

Step 03
Share the code
Every club gets an invite code and a link. Put it in the WhatsApp group, on the noticeboard, in the orientation email. Members join themselves.

Want the whole switch written down?
What to send your members, what to have ready the week before your first session on it, and what the committee sets up if you're taking payments — in order.
Browser and phone
The committee's laptop and everyone's pocket.
Write the announcement, set up the session and do the money at app.frienemi.com on a real keyboard — fees, plans, refunds and reporting are committee work, so they live where the committee works. Members RSVP, pay for the session, see their court and enter scores from the phone in their bag. Same account, same club, same session.

Straight answers
What committees ask us first.
We already use something for court bookings and association registration.
Keep it. Frienemi doesn't book courts and isn't your association's registration system. It runs the sessions — the roster, the rounds, the results, the chat — and it can collect your membership, session and guest fees, alongside whatever the committee already uses for courts and compliance.
What does it cost?
Your pilot is free. After it, a founding-club rate that stays locked for three years — and we quote you that number before your pilot ends, so no invoice is ever a surprise. We're signing those agreements with Perth clubs now, which is why there's no price list on this page yet: we'd rather put it to you in writing than post a number we then have to change.
Where does our members' money go?
Into your club's own Stripe account, in your club's name. Frienemi never holds your funds and can't move them — payouts land in your bank on Stripe's schedule, and card fees are Stripe's, paid to Stripe. Taking payments is optional: connect Stripe when the committee is ready, or run the sessions and leave the money where it is.
Do all our members need to install an app?
No. The full app runs in a browser at app.frienemi.com — same club, same sessions, same account. The iOS and Android apps are there for the people who want notifications and courtside scanning.
How long does it take to get going?
The club itself is a few minutes. Getting members on it is the real work, and it goes fastest when you announce it once and run one session on it — people join because the session is there, not because they were asked to try an app.
Something not answered here? Ask us directly — a person replies.
Put your next session on it.
Set the club up with us, share the code, run one Tuesday on it. That's the whole pilot — free while it runs, and you see your founding rate in writing before it ends.
