What happens after you send
- 1Your email lands in the founder's inbox (forwarded from the @frienemi.com address you wrote to).
- 2A human reads it. If it's a bug we can repro, we triage it the same day and fix it in the next release. If it's a feature, we add it to the roadmap and reply with our thinking.
- 3We close the loop. When your bug is fixed or your feature ships, we reply to your original thread.
