We'll set your club up
with you.
Twenty minutes on a call. You bring your member list; we do the typing. By the end your club is on, your roster is in and your first session is up.
What we cover: make the club, get your members in, put your first session up, run the night and take the money.
Free while you pilot, a founding rate afterwards. Any money your members pay lands in the club's own Stripe account — we never hold your funds.
What we do on the call

Make the club
Ten minutes, on your phone or a laptop. You are making the page you send people, and the page a stranger reads before they come down.

Get your members in
Your WhatsApp group is already the club's front door, so use it. One link for the chat, one QR code for the clubhouse wall, and an import for the list the treasurer keeps.

Put your first session up
This is the step clubs skip, and skipping it is why they drift back to WhatsApp in week two. Get one night on before you finish adding members. Five minutes on your phone.

Run the night
Courtside, one hand, in the dark, with people talking at you. Everything here is on your phone and takes seconds.

Take the money
Sessions happen at the court on your phone. Money happens at home on a laptop, the way a treasurer already works. Set it up once and you barely touch it again. The money goes into the club's own Stripe account — we never hold it. Go to app.frienemi.com, open the club, choose Payments.
Have your member list handy. A spreadsheet with names and email addresses is all we need — the template below shows the shape. Everything else we do together on the call.

Your first session, in order.
3 days before
- Publish the session with the date, the courts you booked and a max.
- Paste the session message into the club's WhatsApp group and pin it.
- Message the four or five regulars individually.
- Print the club QR code A4 and put it on the clubhouse door.
1 hour before
- Check the RSVP list against the courts you booked, and cancel a court if you are short.
- Charge your phone, or pack a power bank.
- Open the session once before you leave, so it is loaded if signal is bad at the courts.
On the night
- Add every walk-in before you shuffle.
- Shuffle, look at the draw, start round one.
- Prop a phone or tablet against the net post for the big screen.
- Record each court's games as it finishes.
- Show the recap before people leave, then post it in the group chat.
- Get anyone not on the app yet to scan the QR while you are standing there.

Post this after you've set up your plan and turned on paid joining.

What does this cost?
Nothing while you pilot it. After that there is a founding rate for the clubs who came in early, and we will put it to you in writing before anything changes. Whatever your club charges its own members goes into the club's own Stripe account — we never hold your money. Short Technology Pty Ltd is a Perth company and you can reach an actual person here.
