Common issues and how to fix them.
I'm not getting push notifications+
Check three things: (1) iOS Settings → Frienemi → Notifications: all enabled. (2) Inside Frienemi, Settings → Notifications: master toggle on, Match toggle on. (3) Battery saver mode disabled (Android) — aggressive battery saving can kill background pushes. If still nothing, log out and back in to refresh the push token.
The app keeps crashing on launch+
First try: force-close + reopen. If it still crashes: update to the latest version on your store. If on the latest: email bugs@frienemi.com with your phone model + iOS/Android version + a screenshot of the crash if you have one. Most launch crashes are fixed within 24h of report.
My score won't sync+
Score submission requires internet. If you're on a flaky connection, the app queues your score locally and retries when you're back online. Open the match card — if you see "Queued, will sync when online" you're fine. If after going back online the status doesn't change in 60 seconds, force-close and reopen the app.
I can't find any opponents in Quick Match+
Frienemi is in Perth-only beta — if you're outside Perth metro you may not see anyone yet. Within Perth: try widening your radius (Settings → Match preferences). If radius is already at max, you may be at a tier extreme (very new player or top of the ladder) where the pool is smaller.
Other Frienemis can see I'm online — can I disable that?+
We don't show "online now" status. The only signals other players see are (a) you accepted a match (b) you posted a match (c) when you last completed a match. There's no presence indicator.
