How do I reset my password?+
On the login screen tap "Forgot password" โ enter your email. We send a 6-digit reset code from support@frienemi.com (check spam if it doesn't arrive in 60 seconds). Code expires in 1 hour. After entering it you set a new password.
Can I change my email?+
Yes. Settings โ Account โ Change email. Enter your new email, we send a verification code there, you confirm. Your match history, rating, and friends are preserved.
Can I change my display name?+
Yes, once every 30 days from Settings โ Profile. The 30-day cooldown stops impersonation / griefing.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings โ Account โ Delete account. We immediately mark your account as deleted (hidden from search, rankings, friends) and purge personal data 90 days later. Past match scores remain in opponents' history but with your name shown as "Deleted player".
Can I have two accounts?+
One account per person. Multiple accounts to dodge ratings is a violation of our Terms โ duplicate accounts get merged or banned when detected.
